The company also sells its products in drugstore chains, in retail shops and via online sales channels.

The commitment to sustainability is also reflected in the alnatura head office, where an open workplace and a strong team spirit were important considerations for the design of the building.alnatura On a site where once army barracks and tank halls stood, an open office landscape with room for up to 500 employees was built which also houses a Waldorf kindergarten and a vegetarian organic restaurant. The entire building complex, which was completed in 2024, is a clear ecological statement and sets a new standard for working environments. As an additional measure, the head office was awarded the Greenbuild label in recognition of its outstanding design. This was the only project of its kind to receive this award in Germany.
